Equipment may be repaired through a variety of service and support options.

Depot & on-site repair services available.

Repairs are warranted for 30 days. Within 30 days of repair, you may purchase a discounted Service Agreement.

1. Call us. We can occasionally fix the problem via telephone technical support, for a nominal charge.
2. Authorize the needed repairs. We will not perform work on your system without detailed estimates and approvals.
3. Ship your equipment to Med1Online or arrange for on-site repairs.
